Message from the Chairman

We are now enjoying our fortieth year serving the discerning traveller.

Much has changed over that time but one thing has not and that is our overriding desire to deliver the most sincere and complete service to Trailfinders clients. A typical TF client needs much more than just the price of an airline ticket. As competitive as we are offering the best overall value for money – speed, convenience, accuracy, recognition and sound advice based on knowledge and long experience are the distinguishing features of the unique TF service.

TF’s levels of financial protection are simply unsurpassed. As a licensed Travel Organiser and a member of the Travel Compensation Fund, all monies deposited with Trailfinders are safeguarded, however our obligation to you goes even further where no client has been left wanting as a result of any travel provider failing, even when we have not been obliged to make good such losses. This has been put to the test all too often with an average of one airline failing every year of those almost 40 years. That genuine concern covers the all too many other situations since 1970 when a TF traveller has urgently needed our help following natural disasters, civil unrest, wars, terrorism, strikes and epidemics. TF prides itself on proactively coming to the rescue in these circumstances and doing all we possibly can to look after our client’s welfare.

Those that book their own arrangements forego that comfort and support and are left in cyberspace to fend for themselves if things go awry. Let us take the responsibility, look after the detail and save you time and money.

TF revels in moving with the times and constantly innovating. Listening to our clients is the key to providing the levels of service you require and expect and that process of improvement has no limit.

To celebrate our 40th year TF are funding a total of $40,000 for competitions throughout the year. Details at www.trailfinders.com.au/40years
May all your travels be carefree.
