Naturally I devote this column to highlighting the virtues of entrusting your travel arrangements to TF and how vital it is that arranging your holiday or business trip is a speedy, pleasant, hassle free experience and the end result spot on. We receive hundreds of encouraging feedback comments every week together with helpful information. We take this feedback very seriously as our benchmark for maintaining service second to none. I can do no better than share just a snapshot of this feedback with you.
